General Terms and Conditions of Trading

Transaction Currency - Payment made via the shopping trolley will be accepted in Pounds Sterling only. Payments in other currencies will be accepted by arrangement.

Payment - Payment is required in advance using our secure credit card payment system. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Delta, Solo and Switch.

Tax Charges - 17.5% VAT is added where appropriate. Written homestudy material is zero rated.

Credit Card Security - All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed. They are only decrypted after they reach our computer. They are not held in clear text on any web site.

Privacy Policy - Friendberry do not disclose buyers' information to third parties.

Delivery Policy - All material where appropriate is despatched by using 48 hour Parcelforce or similar unless a shorter time is requested.

Please note: delivery times quoted are estimates only and time shall not be of the essence of the contract. 

Returns Policy - We are confident you will be 100% delighted with all purchases. However, if you're not pleased with any product, our returns policy is in accordance with The Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000. All study material must be returned in 'as new' condition.

Cancellation Policy - All cancellation notifications must be made according to the Consumer Protection Regulations. Cancellation of an attendance course by a customer made 21 days or more prior to the commencement of the course or cancellation of an exam before submission of entry to the examining board will incur an administration charge of 25% of the total fee excluding VAT. 

Cancellation of an attendance course by a customer made within 21 days prior to the commencement of the course or cancellation of an exam after submission of the entry to the examining board will result in the whole fee being forfeited. Substitution of course delegates will be accepted subject to examination board criteria and where sufficient notice has been given in order to effect the changes. 

Validity of Prices - Prices quoted remain valid up to the exam entry cut off date for the next relevant exam.

Conditions to the free 'bed only' accommodation offer for intensive courses.
1. The number of free accommodation beds is limited and is in Somerset only. The beds are allocated on a first-come first-served basis. Accommodation will more than likely be in shared rooms.
2. 'Accommodation' is just that - no meals.
3. Our offer is that to qualify for Somerset 'free accommodation' you must live outside a 60 mile radius of Taunton and not in Cornwall nor Devon. Distances are verified using the shortest route on the Microsoft Autoroute programme. You must also pay in full when you book.

1. When we produce the exam type question, we will not have seen the real questions.
2. The exam type questions are just that - exam type questions
3. Because of the hastiness in producing the associated answers, there may well be errors for there will not be time for lengthy checking. We contend however that if you attempt the exam type questions, they will assist you a lot.
4. Some of the exam type questions may well lead to unsatisfactory answers if the material upon which they are based has ambiguities. This is unavoidable.
5. We offer no guarantees at all in relation to either the exam type questions or the associated answers.
6. The exam type questions will only be supplied if you already have the relevant Unit 4 or Unit 5 study manual.
